My experience with the mathematics and real-world practicalities of casino gambling dates back to the first time I walked into a casino in November 1986.

I founded BlackJack Masters Professional BlackJack School in 1993, and was its CEO from 1993 to 2006. I designed and taught courses in skilled BlackJack during those 13 years. Those classes took a number of forms: week-to-week classes, seminars, one-on-one personalised training as well as home study kits with DVDs I created.

BlackJack Masters is now managed by Chris S Martin, a former student who is now a friend and business partner. I still teach advanced courses at the school from time to time.

As a result of my BlackJack play and teaching activities, I have become very well known in the casino industry and often appear in the media as an expert on gambling, especially gambling relating to casinos, BlackJack and Poker.

I have visited over 150 casinos throughout the world. My professional library consists of approximately 500 books on skilled gambling. I have written numerous articles relating to gambling, casinos, BlackJack and Poker.

In 1999 I commenced legal proceedings in the then Victorian Casino and Gaming Authority (now the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation). At a hearing as part of those proceedings the VCGA granted me status as an expert witness in relation to gambling activities.

Since then I have provided technical advice to counsel involved in gambling related legal proceedings. I can appear as an expert witness in the field of gambling in such proceedings.
