We can focus on any or all of your financial life, your relationships and personal life, your career, study and your sense of place in the world.

You must have a reasonable level of commitment to your self-improvement and realise that it takes time. I am not the kind of guy who tries to give you all the answers in a weekend seminar. It takes an ongoing commitment for a sustained period, although that commitment might be as little as an hour-long chat every week over a couple of cups of coffee. At the other end of the spectrum I can tailor make a highly structured program of change exercises and learning modules for you.

The first step is to identify your skills, attributes and personal qualities, and decide which are working for you and which are not. Then we strengthen and amplify those that work for you and throw out those that don't and replace them with new skills, attributes and personal qualities that will serve you well.
